About The Position

We’re Urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in a nursing home facility. As an LPN, you’ll play a key role in providing quality care, supporting residents’ well-being, and assisting the nursing team in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
