About The Position

TheKey is seeking experienced caregivers to join our rapidly growing team in Denver, specifically in Thornton and surrounding areas. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, fill-ins, and short shifts. There is a high need for caregivers who are willing to drive clients and run errands for them. Our mission is to provide premium in-home care to older adults, allowing them to live safely and comfortably at home as they age. We offer a unique team-based approach that provides exceptional support to both our caregivers and clients, ensuring that families receive the quality care they need.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a registered vehicle that is insured
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• HHA, PCA, CNA, or GNA Certification preferred
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus
• Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship and ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Maintain order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Document completion of tasks and report changes in the client's condition, capability, or behavior
