Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers in Fairfax County and nearby areas. Whether you’re a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) — or you're looking to become one — we are passionate about home health care and ready to make a difference in someone’s life. We offer PCA training courses to help you get started if you don’t have a certification yet.

Requirements

• Active certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
• Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in Fairfax County
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Genuine passion for helping others and a professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep
• Monitor and document any changes in the client’s health or behavior
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful home environment
