Requirements

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
• Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout Fairfax County
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and compassionate care to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients
