Requirements

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training program)
• Current TB/PPD and First Aid/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation to client homes throughout Prince William County
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
