Requirements
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (If not registered, we can guide you through the process)
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- COVID-19 vaccination (as required for client safety)
- Access to a mobile phone
- Ability to travel within the East Bay
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients on outings, shopping, and errands
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Ambulation assistance and safe client transfers
- Follow individualized care plans
- Complete required documentation and charting accurately
