About The Position

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Urgent Care Rep who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Requirements

• High School or Equivalent
• 6 months of healthcare experience or 6 months of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Supporting the urgent care operation by obtaining accurate patient and client information
• Completing accurate and timely registrations
• Collecting and posting charges and payments
• Working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Answering patient and client questions
• Distributing information to patients and clients including medical records
• Performing other duties as assigned
