Job Summary - Physician The Provider Lead for Telehealth in Urgent Care is responsible for managing and coordinating the digital health services provided by Children's Urgent Care. This includes assisting in recruiting and orienting new telehealth providers, giving recommendations regarding the staffing of the platform, and managing virtual Urgent Care provider scheduling. This lead also maintains oversight of child/family experience over the online UC program and provides input on digital health provider performance and improvement efforts. The Provider Lead for Telehealth in UC leads initiatives to fully involve Children's Urgent Care providers in digital health planning, implementation and evaluation for quality outcomes.
