About The Position

MASC Medical is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Pembroke Pines, FL. This opportunity offers a structured weekly schedule, strong compensation, and a procedural-focused environment in a modern clinical setting.

Requirements

• Active Florida Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine Occupational Medicine
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to high ethical and clinical standards

Nice To Haves

• DOT Certification preferred
• FAA physical certification a plus
• eClinicalWorks experience a plus
• Comfortable managing a broad scope of urgent care presentations
• Strong procedural skills
• Efficient and confident in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services in an outpatient setting
• Perform procedures including: Suturing Incision & Drainage (I&D) Minor office-based procedures
• Occupational health evaluations and treatment
• Preventive care and health promotion services
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation (eClinicalWorks experience a plus)
