Requirements

Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Utah.
Active DEA registration and Utah Controlled Substance License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively engage with patients and team members.
Proven ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with patients, colleagues, and leadership.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with a high level of initiative.
Professional presence and advanced communication skills to navigate complex situations and represent the clinic with integrity and confidence.

Nice To Haves

ACLS or other relevant certifications preferred, depending on departmental needs.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical care and treatment in accordance with established clinical guidelines and under physician supervision.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across all age groups, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries, including prescribing medications as appropriate.
Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR), ensuring compliance with coding, billing, and regulatory standards.
Perform approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice.
Order, interpret, and assess diagnostic tests and laboratory results to support clinical decision-making.
Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
Prescribe appropriate treatments, interventions, and medications in alignment with clinical protocols and best practices.
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and an outstanding patient experience.
Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as needed.
