The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned medical centers, ensuring a culture of safe care and superior patient and teammate experiences. This role involves managing resources, staff, and operational processes to maintain high standards of care and efficiency, while also contributing to patient satisfaction and workforce engagement.

  • Leads and oversees management of assigned center Medical Assistants, Radiology Technologists, and Center Leads.
  • Participates in scheduling and staffing assigned centers, supporting cross-training and on-call coverage.
  • Ensures assigned centers are fully functioning, clean, and well-organized to meet operational needs.
  • Oversees supply inventory and participates in cost reduction initiatives.
  • Actively participates in managing expenses and budgets.
  • Collects and analyzes patient feedback to improve patient experience and resolve complaints.
  • Contributes to planning and implementing teammate engagement and patient experience activities.
  • Works with teammates to interpret patient experience feedback and implement improvements.
  • Implements communication strategies for patient and teammate experience, sharing best practices.
  • Participates in performance evaluations and leadership development opportunities for center leads.
  • Communicates policies and procedures to teammates and prepares documentation for coaching.
  • Participates in the selection and onboarding of new team members.
  • Engages in community marketing and business development opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of related experience, with additional experience substituting for education.
  • Multi-unit/site experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, people, and time management skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Skill in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage change and diffuse emotional situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products and electronic medical records.
  • Experience in a patient-centered care business model.
  • Ability to travel within and outside of home market, including overnight travel.
