Requirements

• 7 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational medicine and urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential medical care to both urgent care patients and occupational health patients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of procedures and assist physicians as needed.
• Implement, evaluate, and document patient care interventions according to care plans.
• Maintain awareness of unit budget and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Facilitate staff education activities, including orientation and competency reviews.
• Conduct systematic assessments of all assigned patients and formulate collaborative care plans.
• Manage daily operations within budget parameters and assist with management functions on the unit.
