Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Oregon NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA license or willingness to obtain
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, treatment protocols, and medication management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care services in alignment with clinical guidelines and Oregon regulations
• Create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients and families
• Collaborate closely with medical assistants, radiology, and front-office staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Provide accessible, non-emergency care that helps patients avoid unnecessary ER visits
