As an Urgent Care Nurse Pratitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you’ll be a key member of our fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care setting—providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. You'll diagnose and treat acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent medical concerns, all while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Clinic hours are 800a-800p. We're growing and have opportunities to work PRN to full-time-check us out!

Requirements

Current NP or PA certification and active North Carolina license (or eligibility)
Minimum 1 year of experience in an urgent care setting as a practicing provider
Strong clinical assessment skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and flexible in scheduling

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, patient-focused urgent care to individuals and families
Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records following compliance standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
