About The Position

MercyOne has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a NP/PA to join our Clinton Urgent Care team. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary plus additional compensation for extra shifts and holidays. The role also includes eligibility for an annual incentive based on specific metrics, a $10,000 commencement bonus, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Additionally, there is a CME Allowance of $3,000 and comprehensive health benefits that start on day one of employment, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, long-term and short-term Disability. Retirement benefits include a 403(b) with match and optional 457(b), along with employer-sponsored professional liability insurance including tail insurance coverage.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Family Nursing Program
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the provider’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
