About The Position
CareFull MD is a chain of walk-in diagnostic and treatment centers located in the Hudson Valley, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services. We are currently seeking an Urgent Care Manager to oversee the operations of our clinics. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently, providing the best possible care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and conscious of the needs of both patients and staff, contributing to a positive work environment. As the Urgent Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing in-house HR functions for a team of 5-10 employees, which includes hiring, scheduling, and ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and supported. You will also oversee and audit third-party billing processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are handled accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations. Your role will involve supervising the front desk operations to guarantee that patient communications and documentation are managed effectively, fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients. A key aspect of this position is understanding the registration processes for Workers Compensation, No-Fault, and Occupational Medicine visits. You will ensure compliance with all policies and protocols, including HR, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and confidentiality. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of medical and office supplies, ensuring that the center is well-stocked and prepared for daily operations. Regular attendance is essential to ensure the efficient operation of the center, which operates 7 days a week. You will also be tasked with completing daily chart reviews to monitor patient care and operational efficiency.
