We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Advance Practice Provider to join our Urgent Care team. This position diagnoses and treats patients with medical disorders. Delivers a broad range of urgent care medicine and therapeutic services. Treats outpatient urgent care patients, including adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. Requirements

Successful completion from a qualified NP/PA program
Indiana Professional License
Must maintain BLS/ACLS

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and treats patients with medical disorders.
Delivers a broad range of urgent care medicine and therapeutic services.
Treats outpatient urgent care patients, including adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients.
