They will schedule sessions, provide feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided. The ideal candidate must work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, pay attention to detail, and be open to diverse assignments. They must also be goal-oriented, excellent team players, possess a positive attitude, and have exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
