About The Position
URBN is looking for a motivated UX Research Intern to assist with various research projects while gaining a foundational understanding of research methods. As a member of the UX Research team, you will integrate qualitative and quantitative insights to improve user experiences across our digital platforms—including e-commerce websites, mobile apps, retail systems, and internal tools. You'll collaborate with experienced UX Designers, Product Managers, and key stakeholders across all URBN brands, ensuring that the customer's voice is central to our decision-making. This role focuses on learning and professional growth, providing you with opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in UX research. Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
