The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruitment efforts for URBN's supply chain fulfillment centers. While primarily based at one of the fulfillment sites, the coordinator may occasionally travel to other locations to assist with hiring events, recruitment activities, and community engagement initiatives. This includes building relationships with local organizations, participating in job fairs, and promoting URBN as an employer of choice within the community. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met and aligned with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, excels at task prioritization, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
