About The Position

URBN is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support the administration of its HRIS, Payroll, and Talent systems. This role is essential for managing daily operations, optimizing system performance, and ensuring efficient processes across the organization. The HRIS Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert in HRIS-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HRIS, HR, or Payroll system administration.
• Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) is preferred.
• Proficiency with other cloud HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and/or Payroll software is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of employment, payroll, timekeeping, and wage & hour regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert for HRIS, Payroll, and Talent systems.
• Managing user permissions, data auditing, and maintaining data integrity.
• Supporting software releases and change management.
• Providing Tier 2 support for complex system issues.
• Developing training materials and enhancing the employee self-service experience.
• Generating reports and collaborating on custom reports and dashboards.
• Assisting with administrative project tasks.
• Managing sensitive data with discretion.
