About The Position

An Equipment Operator is responsible for fulfilling warehouse orders using warehousing equipment such as powered industrial trucks (PIT) like forklifts, order pickers, or pallet drivers. They may also need to support their team on the warehouse floor, working together to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently. Equipment Operators are enthusiastic team players who possess excellent organizational and communication skills, always maintaining a positive attitude. Schedule: RDC D410C (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00am-4:30pm)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED a plus
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus
• Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Certification for operating forklifts or heavy machinery
