The BI Business Analyst Intern will play a crucial role in collaborating with business partners to understand their requirements related to business processes. This position involves guiding business partners through the design of solutions and translating their requirements into actionable IT deliverables for key partners within the Anthropologie Group, Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Nuuly brands, specifically focusing on Retail Merchandising, Sourcing, and Supply Chain. The intern will be responsible for system analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and conducting post-implementation reviews. As part of the Summer Internship Program, URBN Inc. invites candidates from across the country to immerse themselves in various teams across its portfolio of brands, gaining hands-on learning experience in their chosen area of business. The paid internship program includes a summer filled with intern-focused events, providing exposure to senior leadership in small group settings, insights into company initiatives, off-site field trips, and opportunities for qualified interns to interview for full-time positions. The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program is scheduled to run from June 2 through August 8 at the Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates are required to apply to one internship posting that aligns with their interests and skills. If a project component is included in the application, it must be submitted at the time of application. Selected candidates will complete a video interview and will have two days to finish this portion once they receive the email. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis, and applications will close at 5:00 PM EST on November 4th, 2024.
