About The Position
Urban Outfitters is seeking a Buying Intern for Women's Apparel to join our team for the Summer. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the buying process, focusing specifically on women's apparel. The intern will support various buying functions related to apparel, gaining insights into the business and contributing to the overall buying strategy. As part of the Summer Internship Program, interns will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Urban Outfitters brand and learn from experienced professionals. The program includes exposure to senior leadership, participation in company initiatives, and off-site field trips. Interns will also have the chance to network with peers and learn about different departments within the company. The internship will run from June 2nd to August 8th at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA, and will include various intern-focused events designed to enhance the learning experience. Candidates interested in this internship must apply to one position that aligns with their skills and interests. A project component is required for consideration, which involves submitting a Concept Board that reflects the intern's learnings and areas of interest. Selected candidates will complete a video interview and may have the opportunity to interview for a full-time position at the end of the internship.
