About The Position
Willoughby House, an inn, and Julia's 1902, an elevated restaurant, are located in a beautifully restored 20,000 square foot country estate just a few blocks from downtown Willoughby, Ohio. Since our opening in April 2024, we have been dedicated to providing world-class hospitality and are seeking long-term team members to join our family. Our establishment operates on a non-tipping model, ensuring that our full-time staff receive a living wage along with benefits. We are committed to creating a supportive and growth-oriented environment for our employees, and we are currently hiring and training individuals who are responsible, honest, and caring, with a strong desire to learn and grow together. As a Server at our fine dining restaurant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, taking orders, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and welcoming. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served promptly, and you will handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and who possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, and we are particularly interested in individuals with leadership potential who are willing to take on multiple responsibilities, including serving, hosting, and event management.
