Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in upscale, fine dining, luxury hotels, country clubs, or comparable environments
- Strong knowledge of formal service standards and etiquette
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work in a structured, hospitality-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable table service in a fine-dining setting
- Build genuine, long-term rapport with residents and guests
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, and dietary accommodations
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver service with discretion and grace
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
- Collaborate seamlessly with culinary team
