The salary range for this position is $80,168.40K-$85K annually. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of 15%. We also offer mileage reimbursement of $700 per month, a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program, and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. The Upper Left Campaign is a dynamic, strategic company initiative to drive affinity, sales success, and growth for partner wineries in Oregon and Washington. This position will be instrumental in bringing this successful program to the next level of execution through strong engagement with key accounts to significantly build distribution, sell through, and affinity for a focused portfolio of about a dozen priority wineries. In addition to directly building distribution within key accounts, the role will champion the region and wineries with the overall Washington state sales team driving overall sales lift for the focus wineries. This role will be based in the Seattle metro or Bellevue area. This role is multi-faceted with account presentations of the focused portfolio (approximately 3 days a week), regular account support through training, events, and engagement (approximately 1 day a week), and brand building and education across the broader region (approximately 1 day a week) at the fore. Additional tactics and tasks to support the focus wineries’ business in the region will be added as needed.
