About The Position

As an Upper Extremities Sales Representative, you will work with intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Upper Extremities products, meeting customer needs. You are expected to become the resident Upper Extremities expert, engaging with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. This role demands high energy, focusing on the impact on lives rather than hours. You will organize materials and quickly sort solutions during operating room consultations, meticulously manage product inventory, and be prepared to assist customers as needed. Your comprehensive knowledge of both Stryker and competitor products will build credibility with surgeons, who will rely on you for advice and training on products and tools. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driven by the mission to improve healthcare through Stryker products. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.).
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
  • Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required.
  • Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Employees and new hires in sales and field roles that require access to customer accounts as a function of the job may be required, depending on customer requirements, to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination as an essential function of their role.
