About The Position

The Upholstery Supervisor leads daily production, manages a team of
upholsterers, ensures high quality and safety, and optimizes workflow by
training staff, controlling materials, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with
other departments, and maintaining production records, blending hands-on
expertise with strong leadership to meet schedules and standards.

Requirements

• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
• Previous experience in supervision, Preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
