About The Position
Upfront Project Manager for Diversified Conveyors International LLC based in Memphis, TN. Responsible for overseeing proposal hand-off from the System Solutions Team (SST) to the Project Team in a manner that reduces risk and ensures project success for the execution team. Thoroughly review and understand all bid documents, addendums, and customer requests and then summarize and disseminate the documents to the team in a timely manner. Lead implementation of the project proposal and clearly define SOW, Project Schedule, clarifications and exceptions, and sale price. interpreting mechanical and electrical layout drawings. Understand the requirements of each engineering project and assign appropriate members, performing customer needs sales analysis. Maintain DCI values and workplace culture while clearly communicating and executing the bid strategy. Augment commercial and industrial client relationships to ensure successful project completion. Actively cultivate sub-contractor relationships and vendor relationships to ensure success. Proactive in all planning aspects of engineering projects while anticipating potential risks to allow time to overcome, mitigate, and communicate changes, applying engineering project experience with budget reporting, schedule creation and maintenance at the project level with proven ability to report to senior management.
