MetroStar is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer (Unqork Configurator) to join our growing team supporting the Department of State. This fully remote position requires a candidate with hands-on experience building and configuring Unqork applications. The team has a growing backlog of high-priority applications, and the ideal candidate will help accelerate delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions for government clients.   • Design, configure, and deploy Unqork applications in support of DOS ADD initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring applications meet client needs.
  • Translate complex business processes into functional Unqork workflows, modules, and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Unqork applications to improve efficiency, usability, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance across multiple Unqork environments.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements in all application configurations.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to prioritize backlog items and deliver on schedule
  • Document application designs, workflows, and best practices for team reference.
  • 3–7 years of experience configuring and building Unqork applications.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, integrations, and no-code application development.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
