Requirements

• Must meet 5’8” height requirement

Responsibilities

• Position empty trees in front of house
• Pull meat from bars, hang and properly space so no bellies touch
• Start and stop rotary house to position bars to doorway for unloading
• Push full trees to scale, scale and record weight on two-part ticket
• Push scale trees into blast cooler and arrange as per scheduled pattern
• Cut off long bellies if so they do not touch floor
• Blast and prepress cooler, upkeep condensation and paperwork completion
• Rearrange trees in prepress cooler
• Wipedown ceiling before starting House pulling
• Make sure bellies are unloaded and hung per tree as per proper count
• Make sure no bellies touch
• Make sure each tree is scaled and ticket with weight is hung on tree
• Load blast cooler according to schedule received in the morning
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor
