New and innovative opportunity for therapist to be co-located within the local Health Department with the aim of increasing behavioral health treatment access for individuals receiving medical services through the Moore, Hickman, and Perry Counties Health Departments. Centerstone is seeking therapist with experience treating individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. This is an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team. No weekend or on call work required.
