About The Position

The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members
served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the
coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This
includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies
such as, the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation
Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient
providers.

As part of the Telecare Family, the Kaiser Intensive Community Treatment (ICT)
program will be an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program serving clients
with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). The program is designed to meet the needs of
Kaiser members who are high users of inpatient psychiatric services or who are
at high risk of acute psychiatric hospitalizations. Services are provided in the
community.

Requirements

• Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences: Must have ACSW, AMFT, or APCC. Must be valid and current.
• A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences
• One (1) year direct service experience with mentally ill individuals
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
