Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in an internship program on the Product Implementation team.
  • Manage and deliver strategic implementation projects.
  • Drive problem resolution and influence/lead process improvement.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and discussions.
  • Lead topics and guide decision making with partners.
  • Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
  • Communicate with management regarding development within assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform special projects as required or requested.
  • Create a final internship PowerPoint presentation to share with department leadership covering the internship experience and assigned project.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer (June 2025 - August 2025).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing, marketing support, project management, or product & account operations.
  • Knowledge of health care regulatory and legislative process.
  • Knowledge of product, marketing, and sales.
  • Flexible and responsive, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Practical, developed PC skills, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
