About The Position
As our first University Recruiting Lead at Sierra, you will be responsible for developing and operating the full university recruiting lifecycle, including campus strategy, events, sourcing, candidate experience, and reporting. You will travel to campus events and conferences, with flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers to define early career talent needs, develop campus strategies, and align on timelines and goals. Additionally, you will build and execute sourcing and engagement strategies across universities, career fairs, and build strong relationships with universities and student organizations to increase Sierra’s visibility and access. You will also track, analyze, and report on university recruiting metrics to Hiring Managers and Sierra leadership on a regular cadence.
