Your Team, Your Impact We are looking for a Recruiter to join our NA Talent Acquisition team located in Austin, TX. In this role, you will establish yourself as a subject matter expert, partner and collaborate with hiring managers to effectively leverage process, strategic sourcing, technology and recruitment programs to deliver good recruitment service. What You Can Expect You will provide full-life cycle recruiting services to internal customer. You'll have exposure to the most advanced talent acquisition solutions, including advanced industry recruiting practices, artificial-intelligence (AI) tools, and the opportunities to work for all kinds of recruitment programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry or high-tech company.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to cold call passive candidates.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for the company including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of the talent in North America and all sourcing avenues.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
  • Manage candidate pipeline through various channels and build the good relationship with potential candidates in long term.
  • Work closely with hiring manager, HRBP and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Drive offer process - including negotiation, offer proposing, offer letters generating and extending.
  • Plan and execute on campus events in target universities and employer branding promotion.
  • Analyze hiring metric, market mapping and competitor status and has the ability to provide recruitment insights to business.
  • Participate regional recruitment programs and collaborate with NA recruiters on recruitment activities.
