The HR Generalist will provide consulting and functional expertise on human resource strategies, organizational development, talent management, labor relations and other organization or HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will act as the front line support for both Caregivers and Leaders with day to day questions related to union contracts, caregiver attendance, compliance concerns and other HR policies and initiatives. This position may also be responsible for working on projects or interim assignments in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
