The IHG Summer Internship Program Experience The IHG Summer Internship Program is a 10-week immersive experience which includes hands-on learning integral to the business, a formal mentoring program, Harvard Learning curriculum, personal and professional development workshops, volunteerism, personalized feedback, and ongoing networking opportunities with senior leadership and colleagues across the business – including social events with early-career professionals and Employee Resource Groups at IHG. The program will conclude with the presentation of a summer-long special project designed and implemented by the intern.
