Hands-on and real-world experience for resume enhancement Seminars with industry experts to help build upon knowledge of the theme park industry and its subindustries Customer service skills and de-escalation tactics, including how to best resolve and deal with customer scenarios of all levels Gaining and building upon skills such as leadership, communication, decision making, time-management, etc. Networking opportunities and newfound connections Complimentary Park admission for ambassador, friends and family complimentary tickets, and park food and merchandise discounts!
