Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in business (MBA preferred) with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher and an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with demonstrated ability to efficiently produce crisp, professional documents
  • Familiarity with project management, change management, or product management is a plus
  • Experience or education in information systems is a plus
  • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (i.e. U.S. citizen or permanent resident)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team success and participate in various roles as needed within a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Facilitate small and large group meetings, communicating effectively and regularly with all project stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, and decision logs
  • Conduct relevant research and analysis, and synthesize findings into compelling conclusions and recommendations
  • Create high-quality deliverables that leverage qualitative, quantitative, and visual elements
