About The Position

As a University Admissions Counselor at Grand Canyon Education, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process for Grand Canyon University's Traditional Ground Campus. In this role, you will embody the mission of Grand Canyon Education by providing exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families. You will be responsible for building awareness of the university's offerings and driving inquiries from potential students. Your work will involve a significant amount of travel within your territory, requiring you to maintain a full schedule that includes attending fairs, hosting campus visits, and participating in community events. You will need to be adaptable and proactive, using your critical thinking skills to navigate the admissions process and support students in making informed decisions about their education. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about education and has a strong desire to make a positive impact in the community. You will need to demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, as you will be juggling multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
