About The Position
The position of Universal Service Representative I is responsible for procuring business for the branch by maintaining member relationships and referring members to the appropriate products and services. This role opens new accounts, processes, and funds all consumer loans, and routinely performs teller and vault transactions. This position will act as a member advocate handling account updates and/or revisions, account fraud and error resolution. This position will also remain current on all laws, rules and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) programs and processes.
