About The Position

Requirements

• 2-4 years of teller, platform, and supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to supervise and mentor teller staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises teller operations and manages the training of Universal Bankers.
• Schedules hours and work assignments for all teller personnel.
• Participates in performance appraisals for teller staff.
• Ensures daily consolidation of teller sheets and resolves any discrepancies.
• Maintains security for the teller area, negotiable items, and vault operations.
• Approves transactions on selected deposit accounts and verifies signatures on withdrawals exceeding teller limits.
• Processes return items and manages uncollected and overdraft accounts as assigned.
• Performs all teller activities as required and assists in the new accounts area when necessary.
• Handles adjustments to accounts and processes business account transactions.
