Seeking a Universal Member agent who is looking to start a career in a friendly environment! We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and service-oriented Universal Member Agent to join our Eagle River team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with members, building relationships, and assisting with a wide range of financial needs. As a Universal Member Agent, you will provide frontline service while also supporting members with account maintenance, consumer lending, digital banking, and everyday transactions. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, financial industry experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous financial, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a member-focused environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow regulatory guidelines.
