Assists members and potential members with any financial needs, opens new accounts, processes account transactions and loan request, resolves problems, and provides assistance and information regarding products and services. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Assists members and non-members with general to complex financial transactions and loan inquiries, including but not limited to business accounts and loans, consumer lending, real estate, credit cards, and other specialty accounts. Resolves problems that are within their authority in a timely manner. Refer problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Post transactions and loan requests accurately and in a timely manner, and maintain records in accordance with credit union policies and guidelines. Promotes, explains, and cross-sells credit union products and services, including gap and warranty coverage, credit, and life disability. Anticipates the needs of our members and advises them appropriately. Conducts audits of system information and member documents. Acts as liaison between members and various departments. May represent the credit union in business partner visits, enrollments, and various civic functions in order to develop additional business. May train other employees in daily responsibilities. Provides notary services and medallion stamps to members. Responsible for rotating branch duties. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
