About The Position
Sunflower Bank is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Universal Banker at our Colby, KS branch. This position is essential in providing a wide range of retail banking products and services to our customers. The Universal Banker will take on a multifaceted role that combines the responsibilities of a Teller, Personal Banker, and Customer Service representative. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support in their banking needs. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for performing full-service banking tasks with a primary focus on sales and service to both new and existing customers. This includes handling cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on various products and services offered by the bank. You will also be tasked with developing new business opportunities with current and potential customers, thereby contributing to the growth and success of the branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong dedication to customer service, be detail-oriented, and have good computer skills. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales and referral goals while ensuring that customer needs are prioritized to maximize their experience both on the phone and during branch visits.
