About The Position
The position is within the Retail Banking division, specifically in the Branch Network department, reporting to the Financial Center Manager. It is a non-exempt role with a pay range of $18.00 to $29.50, depending on skills, experience, and location. The primary purpose of this role is to identify customer needs to make needs-based sales and build customer loyalty, while providing memorable customer experiences and promoting digital engagement. The role involves performing general operational duties, including transactions for checking, savings, loans, and other assigned services, while maintaining a working knowledge of established policies and operating procedures.
