We value integrity, service, and a commitment to our community. We currently have an opening for a Full-time Universal Banker to join our team in our HARTFORD , WI location. Interested candidates must be able to work as scheduled Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. See hours below. As a Universal Banker you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers every single day. Your focus will be on creating and nurturing relationships with our customers and offering sound banking advice to help solve financial challenges.

Requirements

High school diploma
A positive attitude and customer focus
Cash handling experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills using Word, the internet, email, the ability to navigate in a Windows environment, basic keyboarding skills
Ability to have a high level of confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative team player
Dependable, ability to work as scheduled
Ability to work as scheduled between the hours of : Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:15 pm, an d TWO Saturdays per month from 8:15 am - 12:15 pm. When scheduled a Saturday, we work to schedule you off during the week.
All individuals will be required to consent to and pass a credit check and criminal background check - POST OFFER.

Responsibilities

Smile and welcome our customers!
Accurately process banking transactions (teller role)
Retain and deepen relationships by identifying needs and offering customers financial solutions
Promote and sell products and services (no quotas!)
Provide account opening, servicing and maintenance
Help educate customers on digital bank solutions that can make their lives safer, easier, and better
Refer customers to internal business partners (business bankers, lenders, and investment service)
