The Universal Banker serves as a trusted resource for customers by opening various State Bank of Southern Utah (SBSU) accounts, assessing needs, and recommending products and services. This role provides excellent customer service by resolving concerns, processing transactions, and accurately balancing a cash drawer. The banker will utilize strong knowledge of bank accounts, regulations, and procedures to research issues, support relationship growth, and make referrals to specialized services. Additionally, the position involves assisting with community outreach and performing other duties to support branch operations. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, at the Cedar Main branch.
